Wellfield Teddy Bear Hospital©

Please take a little time to read this before sending your bear to us.

We always replace 'like for like' materials in the repair.

As part of our conversation approach we always strive to maintain all parts of the existing bear without resorting to replacement panels of new fabric. We will never damage a bear by removing original body panels, limbs or paw pads. A solution to the repair of your bear can be discussed and agreed with you as part of the initial assessment and quotation.

Our prices reflect the time consuming nature of the job to be done and although we do our best to fulfill our time estimates for completion of work, we cannot always be 100% accurate and do have a waiting list. We would ask you to consider this when sending your bear to us for repair.

We are very sorry but we do not repair recently manufactured soft toys.

These are just some of our recent and ongoing repairs.
