The authenticity of your bear will always be preserved and all work to be carried out will be discussed with you prior to commencement.

We undertake repairs and restorations to all kinds of bears and dolls. Our aim is Conservation and restoration. All materials used are sympathetic to the originality of the bear or doll and we always replace 'like for like' where possible. You will always have control and final say over the amount of restoration carried out and the final costs incurred.

All bears and dolls are fully insured whilst in our care.

Please ask about sheepskin bears prior to sending your bear to us.

Bears may be brought into the shop; please see contact page for address and opening times. If you live too far away, you can send your bear to me by post for a free no obligation estimate and advice. There will be a small handling charge to cover return postage should you decide not to go ahead with the restoration and your bear will be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
